Most go on as if it's not all that hot. I remember not minding it too, when I was younger of course :)Now I have a hard time with the heat. No, sadly it's not really cooling off, we have another month of it at least.Connie Nelsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14205026223697366069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388099554377836695.post-74805367788398292612012-08-31T11:51:38.643-07:002012-08-31T11:51:38.643-07:00Glad you got around to posting this. But you did have a wonderful adventure together and I bet that AC felt even better because of it! Each time I visit, I'm just amazed at everyone still doing the regular things folks and families do, despite the triple-digit temps. I applaud you for giving a picnic in July a shot!Lisa @ Grandmas Briefshttp://www.grandmasbriefs.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388099554377836695.post-28957556780139825012012-08-31T07:50:06.745-07:002012-08-31T07:50:06.745-07:00Loved your adventure story! We did eventually get so used to it that I played tennis with a girlfriend in the afternoons and spent long, lazy hours exploring the creek behind our house, looking out for scorpions and rattlesnakes!Carol Covinhttp://newgrandmas.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388099554377836695.post-36692124589089842962012-08-31T03:16:47.566-07:002012-08-31T03:16:47.566-07:00UGH!!
