How are your Holiday plans stacking up? I can't imagine I will get everything done I have planned; I do have a nice outline of ideas for the month though. We had the stomach flu go through the family last week, me included, and now it looks like strep throat is going to be the illness we all pass around this coming week. I woke up with a sore throat but didn't know until a few minutes ago that a couple of the kids were diagnosed with it yesterday. Eeek! Close families share a lot of things don't they? Not all of the things shared are fun. But, maybe today will be the day I get to catch up on my reading of all your linked up post! I've been missing you and I hope you are all well and enjoying the Holiday spirit!
Please link up to three post, not to your home page, and link that back to Family Home and Life. While you are here I hope you will visit the other linkers and come back to see who links up later. We all love comments! No Etsy shops or giveaways please. This link closes on Monday night.
Be sure to visit Lisa at Grandma's Briefs to join her linky, GRAND Social, on Mondays. Thank you for linking up with me!

I can identify. My husband flew to CO to spend some time with his aging parents before Christmas and I had a list of things I was going to get done for Christmas. Then I got the flu!
ReplyDeleteOh, well...the important stuff is being together.
UGH, Connie...hope you kick this latest bout ! Though you should probably get antibiotics asap...
ReplyDeleteConnie,
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting the party. It is my first time linking up! Hope you stop by my party on Monday night at 7 for a Budget Christmas Decorating Linky.
Thank you for hosting. SO sorry you have been ill. Hope you weekend is NOT filled with Strep Throat:( Take care.
ReplyDeletePS I am visiting my Granddaughters this week in California and loving being a grandparent
Yuck. The stomach flu is the worst. Good luck with the strep and getting everyone feeling closer to fine by Christmas. Thank you for the linky.
ReplyDeleteOh no! For our area, it's been Scarlet Fever and ear infections. So far I've avoided it all, but my senior mom has a bad cold. My back has been a different story, but it's MUCH better. :) If you stay confined for awhile, you might enjoy the Christmas blog party links in my round up today :) I'll put that link with this comment. It's a fun way for caregivers (and sick grandparents) to enjoy Christmas fun right from their own home. Praying you feel better SOON!!!
