Say It Saturday

Welcome to Say It Saturday my friends! As promised I have pics of the photo props I made for one of the birthday parties last Saturday. I had only one piece of cardboard so I used both sides and the cut out needed to accommodate both pics. It's a little low for the mermaid.

It was fun to make and the kids had a good time with it! So did the parents!

Here's the Pinterest link were we got the Mermaid idea, and the Pinterest link were we got the Shark idea. Wasn't that fun? I may make one for our Harvest Day too, Scarecrows, or stacked Pumpkins.

Well friends I am once again out of town; a friend invited me up north to a cabin she is renting with plenty of room for me. I wouldn't want to pass that up! And as usual when I am up there, I will have no internet or cell phone service so I will check on you all when I get back. What are your weekend plans?

I am so glad you stopped by today!

  • This is a link up for older (senior) bloggers; but you don't need to be a grandparent to link up.
  • Link up to three post, not to your home page, and link that back to Family Home and Life.
  •    While you are here I hope you will visit the other linkers and come back to see who links up later. We all love comments!
  • No Etsy shops or giveaways please. This link closes on Monday night.

Be sure to visit Lisa at Grandma's Briefs to join her linky, GRAND Social, on Mondays. Thank you for linking up with me!

  2. Your photo boards are wonderful...and obviously were a huge success! I think it's smart to use both sides of a board. My problem is always storing the big things I enthusiastically make without thinking ahead! Not really ready to throw the thing away, but the basement sure fills up fast!

  3. Connie, the photo props are just too much fun- the photos will make such great keepsakes! The kids (and adults!) will always remember,"that party where we took pictures as sharks and mermaids". :D

Thanks for Say it Saturday, and enjoy that cabin getaway (hope you take a pic or two)!!
