All my Scrapbook pages are made by first creating a color palette with PicMonkey, then using that color palette I again use Picmonkey to make these scrapbook pages. Right click on each image and choose 'save image as' to save them to your computer. Then upload them to PicMonkey to size, join two or three pages together and create your own pages. Choose the PicMonkey -overlays-your own- to upload your photos onto these pages. Enjoy!
**Update** PicMonkey has started charging for some of it's features though most features are still free. I will be checking out other free sites to see what they have to offer and let you know what I find. In the mean time, a good free site is Ribbet.
